Welcome to Sentinel Forged (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your use of our website and online resources (the “Site”). If you engage us for paid cybersecurity services, those are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (“MSA”).

1. Acceptable Use & Security Boundaries

  • Use this Site only for lawful, informational purposes.
  • No scanning, probing, denial-of-service, brute-force testing, or any other security testing without prior written authorization.
  • Do not introduce malware, exploits, or other malicious code.

2. Confidentiality & Sensitive Data

Do not transmit confidential or regulated data (e.g., PCI, HIPAA, ITAR, CUI) through public Site forms. Confidential data exchanged under an executed MSA or NDA will be protected per those terms.

3. Data Protection & Privacy

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards aligned with NIST SP 800-53, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 control families. Our Privacy Policy explains data collection and use.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, marks, and materials on this Site are owned by Sentinel Forged or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to view and use the Site. No reverse engineering or derivative works.

5. Export Control & Sanctions

Use of our Site and Services must comply with all applicable U.S. and international export control and sanctions laws, including EAR, OFAC, and ITAR where applicable.

6. Compliance Framework References

We align internal controls with NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 Type II best practices. Use of this Site does not confer compliance certification on users.

7. Incident Notification

If you suspect a security issue affecting Sentinel Forged assets, promptly notify us at info@sentinelforged.com. We maintain an internal incident-response process to investigate and remediate events.

8. Disclaimers

This Site is provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. Security guidance on the Site is general and not tailored advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentinel Forged is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits. Aggregate liability shall not exceed US $100.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sentinel Forged for any claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
